Cancellation Policy

Please be advised, as most orders require element preps in advance, if you have placed an order and need to cancel it, the following terms apply:

• Over 2 days: 100% refund is given

• 2 days: 50% refund is given

• Under 2 days: 100% chargeable

Refunds

• For classes: We issue refunds up to 72 hours of the original purchase of the class.

• For patisserie orders: We issue refunds as per our cancellation policy up to 48 hours before the confirmed pickup time. Note, there will be no refund if no-show at the pickup time.

Schedule

• Mauderne has the right to reschedule your class if a minimum of 4 people booked has not been reached up to 72 hours before the day of the class.

• Mauderne has the right to reschedule your pick up time within 48 hours of placing your order. If a pick up time cannot be confirmed your order will be refunded.

No Warranties; Exclusion of Liability; Indemnification

OUR WEBSITE IS OPERATED BY Mauderne ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Mauderne SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON INFRINGEMENT FOR OUR WEBSITE AND ANY CONTRACTS AND SERVICES YOU PURCHASE THROUGH IT.
